PLACING AN ORDER

Please allow 3-4 weeks to craft your jewelry, as everything is made to order just for you!

When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Checkout involves 4 simple steps: Billing, Shipping, Payment and Order Confirmation.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.

Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the jewelry and that all pieces are made to order. We make every effort to complete and ship orders within 3-4 weeks. Although we do our best to commit to this time frame, occasionally some pieces might take a little longer to produce. We will notify you if such is the case. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

You must pay in full before any pieces go into production.

SHIPPING

Each piece is made to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be crafted (excluding shipping).

All orders ship USPS, insured Priority Mail, within continental USA for a flat rate of US$15. We require a physical address.

Expedited domestic shipping is available. Please email for rates at info@ofrendajewelry.com

Customers can track their shipments at www.usps.com.

We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments. Please email orders@ofrendajewelry.com to process international orders.

All orders are beautifully packaged, no need for giftwrapping(!)

JEWELRY CARE

Ofrenda Jewelry is made with precious metals and natural gemstones. Handle the jewelry with care avoiding contact with perfumes, body lotions and makeup/styling products. Precious metal may be scratched with normal wear and tear and no jewelry is completely free of damage when worn.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after it has been placed as long as production has not begun. Please email us immediately at orders@ofrendajewelry.com. After 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to modify or cancel your order.

We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we are unable to make the piece for any reason.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit, exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at returns@ofrendajewelry.com for a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number. Make sure the jewelry is unworn, the tag is still on and it's in the original packaging.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount and do NOT make any reference to jewelry in the shipping label (for security purposes). Ofrenda Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a credit memo for the paid price of the returned item minus a $15 restocking fee. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.

REPAIR POLICY

We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Ofrenda Jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. However, you are responsible for the shipping fees required to ship the item to our studio. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner’s expense plus the shipping charge.

For elective repairs there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.

Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.

If an item needs to be repaired, please email us at repairs@ofrendajewelry.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a repair without an RA number. Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.

PAYMENT

We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to Ofrenda Jewelry, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

SALES TAX

Ofrenda Jewelry does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of New Jersey (6.625%), in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.
